Your Registration will only be confirmed once you have uploaded your proof of payment through this site and received a confirmation email from the MICECON2018 Registration Committee. Registration confirmation is on a first-come, first-served basis (based on date of payments submitted through this site).
Payments shall be made within fourteen (14) days upon the receipt of this Statement of Account Failure to settle the registration fee within the aforesaid period may result in loss of reserved slot which the MICECON Organizers will then offer to waitlisted delegates.

Conference Registration changes or cancellations must be made no later than 30 October 2018 to qualify for a 50% refund. There will be no refunds given to cancellations after 30 October 2018.
Request for cancellation must be sent via email to [email protected]. Fees will be refunded within twenty (20) working days after the MICECON2018 event.
