Delegate Information

Should you decide to make changes on your submitted registration, you may only be able to edit/update details by logging back in to your account. Addition or cancellation of delegates may only be done through the MICECON Registration Committee. You may send requests for additions/ cancellations via email at [email protected].

Update Delegate Information

You will only be allowed to edit the profile of delegates submitted online. Any additions/ cancellations of delegates will not be allowed online; this should be coordinated with the MICECON Registration Committee.

For registration cancellations, please email [email protected] immediately to qualify for a 50% refund. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within five (5) working days by the MICECON Registration Committee. No request for refunds will be accepted after 30 October 2018. Refund of registration fee will be made within twenty (20) working days after the event.
